Boo at the Zoo |

Every year around this time, the Brevard Zoo holds its annual Boo At the Zoo – a great family event. It started last weekend and will continue for the next 2 – the dates are the 21st-23rd and the 28th-30th. The event opens at 5:30 and ends at 9:30.

For the younger kids, enjoy Ooz Draverb, a carnival-like play area with dancing too. The event features a themed Boo Choo train ride for everyone, a costume contest, witch’s lair, and trick-or-treating at more than 30 treat stations sponsored by local businesses and organizations.

For children 10 and older, the Haunted Trail is not for the faint of heart so you may want to keep your little ones away from this venue.

We have the privilege of providing the signs for this event every year. It is always with a sense of pride that we get to help guide visitors through the event and get to make up the ever-important sponsor sign and even warn folks of potential hazards.
