Space Coast Truck & Lube Logo Design

Last week, a company called Space Coast Oil approached us to create a logo for their new company Space Coast Truck & Lube. The idea of the company is to do oil changes and general maintenance on large fleet vehicles such as ¾ ton pick up trucks and larger. Due to their size and weight, these trucks cannot go to general oil change places to get their vehicles worked on. Space Coast Truck & Lube will accommodate companies with fleets that have these large vehicles and other customers who cannot simply go to your neighborhood oil change facility to get their vehicles worked on.

The parent company, Space Coast Oil uses green and black with hints of orange for their color scheme and they wished to use more orange in their design for this logo. They didn’t have a direction for the logo as far as icons or style of text so I cam up with a few different variations to show them.

Afterwards, we settled on a few font styles and a general look for the logo; which was refined into the designs below.

Lastly they wanted to see the different font styles for the logo selected so I created a layout for those.

Here is the final logo that Space Coast Truck & Lube chose for their company.
